Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the bedjil Platform. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bedjil will never contact you to request your password. bedjil operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its internal anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by a recent proof of residential address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.
All financial transactions on bedjil are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bedjil does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to Player Balances. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Bank card and bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and confirmation that all applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been met. bedjil processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section. bedjil reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by its risk management systems. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bedjil Platform without the prior written consent of bedjil.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bedjil's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bedjil Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bedjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, even if bedjil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bedjil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond bedjil's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service outages, force majeure events, and third-party payment provider failures) may temporarily affect Platform availability. bedjil will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
